The train left the station a long time ago, but Samuels is still standing on the platform. He's a horrible 'exper't for the defense.

I missed seeing most of the trainwreck yesterday, so this is new territory for me with the doctor. He's an idiot.

The prosecutor is showing inconsistencies in JA's statements. It looks like her story to Samuels is slightly different then her previous statements in court.

Oh ok! Yeah cause I think she shot him last in reality, but her story is different.

Her memory was good in 2010 , as she remembered the gun back then. She said Travis grabbed her sweater.

Oh ok! Yeah cause I think she shot him last in reality, but her story is different.

The prosecution believes Travis was shot last. The defense is claiming he was shot first and that it was self defense. Then a huge fog sets over Jodi and she doesn't remember stabbing him 28 times and slicing his throat ear-to-ear.

The DT claims that JA shot Travis first in the bathroom and that is how the casing ended up in the bathroom. So, how did she tell Samuels that she shot Travis in the closet? That's the problem with the testimony.

I think that's where he's trying to go, yes. Implying the MMPI is only for people in therapy, then saying he administered it to her, is problematic.

Honestly, I don't know if he realizes it, but boy he looks bad.

I'm just really good at getting a person's attention. I could have said "We need to talk", that's always really scary!

OMG, my DH comes home from work last week and says our son texted him from college at 1 PM wanting to know if he was available to talk to him at 2:30 PM. Instant anxiety attack for me! So DH then starts with "I was really busy at work but I told him, sure, call me..." And I'm like "CUT TO THE CHASE! TELL ME WHAT HE WANTED! THEN fill in the details." (DS wants to live ON campus rather than off next semester and needed the deposit by that Friday. Geez!)

Why would somebody wear a sweater in Arizona during June? Maybe to have some sort of "padding" or long sleeves to prevent cutting herself as she murdered Travis?

Maybe so she could take the bloody thing off after the attack.

This doctor backpedals more than any "expert" I've ever seen. You know the DT is praying this next 10 minutes goes by quickly.
