Victor Arias, oh ya, she dated a dude with the SAME last name as her's at one point in her life.

I had to give my son-in-law a ride to pick up his car (an hour+ away) a couple of weeks ago, and I told him about the trial. In my defense, he acted interested and asked questions. Then last week, I was hanging with my DD and telling HER about the trial, and she said "Please tell me you didn't tell my husband these things." No, I didn't!

Dying?!?! That was supposed to be her job. And she failed. This must've been the first talk of these letters otherwise they would have talked to good ole' grandma.

Anybody know if Jodi's dad still owns the restaurant she worked at? This trial will either be the demise of the place or so many people will go there wanting to see the abusive dad and use it as a place of interest...

Ok poor choice of words. Brain is getting numb. Lets just say very curious to know the content of the letters to see if they differ from her mindset today.

Arias as you know, is already on trial for the murder of her ex-boyfried Travis Alexander. The trial of Ms. Arias has been put on hold until such time the investigation of the homicides is complete; and until such time replacement prosecutors, jurors and a judge can be found. One may claim this was an attempt by the defense to delay the trial for Ms. Arias and warrant a mistrial due to the right of a speedy trial."

Exactly. All the jury wanted to know is when she broke up with her previous boyfriends, and got back together with them (which she always seemed to do), who initiated getting back together? We didn't need to hear the whole story of each boyfriend AGAIN.

The trial will be the demise of HIS restaurant IF he still owns it and Yreka, CA … it will now be known as "the home of MURDERER JA" …
