Now, it is in a holster. So I have time to climb and reach with out disturbing, and at this point he is in the closet and I have time to get it out of the holster.

I'm a little sidetracked...my mind keeps wandering ...but that last picture of Travis alive, he's sitting in the shower, so she'd have to be crouching because it is face on.

What do you mean he didn't know she was there? She took several pictures that he must've been aware of her taking. He was posing.

You are right, I keep forgetting about the shower photo.
I am not 100% sure I believe he was posing. I just feel like they weren't posed. Just IMHO.

She's adding more details to make it sound more credible. Problem is, it sounds less credible because now you need more time to get the gun out of the holster ... time she didn't have.

What was it between the last pic and the foot/dead Travis pic? Two minutes? I am hoping JM is going to introduce a timeline in the closing argument.

I guess we're supposed to believe that Travis either A) leapt over that bench like a cheetah while chasing her, or B) thought enough to step around it without disturbing anything in his rage.

I just figured it out, you guys. Nurmi's strategy is to keep this jury in court for so long that once they get to deliberate, they do it very quickly like with CA. Not take time to go over the evidence because they're so sick of it all, and come back with a not guilty verdict.
