How ODD, I mean she is up for Death...she slaughtered someone, where is her remorse? She only has remorse she got CAUGHT!

And look at her mom and aunt, they giggle, etc etc...

Lets back up to the gun, she said when she discovered it the first time she doesn't know what it was in. Then just now she couldn't remember if it was in a holster or if there was a holster. If you found it by accident and it was in something you would pull it down and open up and see what is in there. But now you went back with your attorney and said it was in the holster. Made it sound like you were so confident. But this is the first time to testifying to it.

Only the questions. So far there are 63 in MS Word, plus 42 (counting the ones I missed) on my original post. I have to edit the ones I have in MS Word before I can post them - they're definitely abbreviated.

How can that jury sit there listening to her? ... If I were on that jury I wouldn't be able to control myself from rolling my eyes at her answers ... Yup, I probably would have been thrown off the jury by now ... She is such a disgusting liar! ...

I'm thinking that allowing jurors to ask questions is almost like allowing jurors to talk during the trial, because they can kind of get an idea of what other jurors are thinking, even if they don't know exactly who is asking. KWIM? It sounds to me like a lot of these questions are from jurors not buying her BS, and if there's anyone who IS, maybe they're being swayed a bit.

I'm thinking that allowing jurors to ask questions is almost like allowing jurors to talk during the trial, because they can kind of get an idea of what other jurors are thinking, even if they don't know exactly who is asking. KWIM? It sounds to me like a lot of these questions are from jurors not buying her BS, and if there's anyone who IS, maybe they're being swayed a bit.

The jurors already hit the nail on the head by asking her the questions of well you said this on one day and then you said something else later on. They are calling her out on it. They know she is lying.

JM would ask her if she had memory problems. She said yes, but only when people came on a little harsh or loud. So they're probably trying to see if she truly had memory problems, why wouldn't she have memory loss all the other times TA (or anyone else for that matter) yelled at her?
