Wow!! The body language expert on JVM just pointed out that when Jodi removed her glasses, she was smiling. I saw that , how creepy she is.

Eh. I saw what they claimed, but I thought it was just the look of someone about to cry. I take some of these body expert's opinions with a grain of salt. Some of the psychologists too; we're going to be seeing some that we'll all disagree with taking the stand in her defense. I like the short haired German lady on InSession...I cannot stand the long blond haired wishy washy lady on Nancy Grace, even if she is on our side.

JM left the Jury with the fact JA texted and emailed Travis and and and Travis was still in the 'shower' &. he was not even FOUND yet.

At least I can get some things done tomorrow...did NOTHING today but sit at my computer listening and watching this and Real Howives of OC repeats of Season 1. (I have a TV mounted on the wall across from my desk in my office lol) I need an IPAD or a laptop.

Was there a transcript released in the paper for a closed hearing in chambers?

I don't think so or one of us would have seen it somewhere and posted it here.

The press there wants those in chamber transcripts, but so far the judge says no.

I heard the judge mention something about Feb 22, so I guess I was assuming that they published something on that day.

Pizzie, you and I are alike. Living in CALI if we want to follow along and especially with everyone here on the DIS, we HAVE to stream the trial through our computers. I have an iPad. It does give you tons of more freedom to move about when streaming the trial!

I hadnt really thought about the rope really that much but now that JM keeps hitting us over the head with it...is JM implying she possibly used the rope as part of their games and she stabbed him while he was tied up then had to dispose of rope because of all the blood on it. And if forensics showed rope burns she could say it was part of their sex games? Ive often wondered how a rather small woman could overtake a big guy/ex athlete so easily if she did, in fact, stab prior to shooting , as JM states.

Yes, I would like to know as well why JM really pressed JA about the ROPE?

What was the relevance of the rope to the trial, to the murder and to JA and her guilt?

Maybe just the fact that she took it and for no real purpose. It did not pertain to the murder. Just getting her to see that during her fog she took something that was wrapped around the head board. Why would she take it?

I tried streaming the CA trial on my Ipad and it would not stream.

I use the ABC15 link from Mare's first post! It works great! I actually enlarge the picture to my full screen and I prop my iPad all over the house! Whether I am the kitchen, living room, study all over!

Maybe back when it was CA's trial it would not support the link back then.

I think he's saying that there is no rope. She made up the whole rope story so there would be an excuse to have a knife handy. It makes no sense that she would take the rope along with the gun to throw out.

I'm watching the rest of yesterdays trial and am to the part where she changed her clothes in the desert. Watching her up there, sniveling and "crying" doesn't give me an ounce of sympathy for her. But when the camera panned to the siblings, and one of them looked like she was going to vomit (they had put up a picture of stabbed Travis) and the emotions on their face was pure heartbreak. I wish JM would put up pictures to surround Jodi...a giant poster sized picture of the most disturbing picture of Travis for her to look at, screens to her right and left and down. She is so vile.

2. Why did you say that the bullet was not originally in that spot on top of the blood? Where was it then?

3. Please tell us why you say you feared Travis yet ran to him every time he called even when you moved 100's of miles away from him.

All three great questions.
My question would have been #3 also. That makes no sense to claim you are an abused woman and then you go back from hundreds of miles away to let him abuse you more? No way.

Because they had been in a situation similar to this one and she tried to run out the door and he caught her. By that logic, he would again catch her and she couldn't risk that because it would be a suicidal decision

2. Why did you say that the bullet was not originally in that spot on top of the blood? Where was it then?

She did give some stupid reason but I don't remember. It was followed by "you're wrong on the sequence of events", but I don't believe she elaborated

Because she loved him. He made her feel loved.

I don't know what I would ask her, but I can't wait for the day the siblings can make their statements. I don't know if Jodi will be able to respond to them or not, but I hope they burn a hole in what little soul Jodi may have.
