A pathological liar is charming and tries to get you to feel sorry for him. That is the hook that he sinks into you, charm and pity. Once he has you hooked he looks for your vulnerable places, and these may be places you don’t even realize. A pathological liar takes you for all he can get and in the end says that stinging line to try to make you feel it was your fault for showing him/sharing with him/ giving him the information he needed to destroy you. The only real protection you have against a pathological liar is to beware of someone who uses both charm and pity to get your attention. If you meet someone like this run like hell.

WOW..........sound like anyone?

I HATE when the defense guy looks over his glasses to see close up. Don't know why it bugs me, but it does... LOL

What the heck does the defense think that Jaun can change out of Jodi's own writing?

Yes, sounds like a lot of people...

Hasn't the defense read the journal before and why don't they have a copy of it themselves?

Its not so much that they think Juan can change anything, but the fact they know its evidence that is damaging to their case. Therefore they're hoping to get it thrown out.

Hoping against hope they can find a "tamper" that will make it inadmissible....

The jury gets the point she still does not want to take any responsibility for anything. He is doing to much objecting, and that will make the jury wonder why.

Did JM just say to Jodi "You didn't mind that he had backhanded you, did you?" and she said, "No." Did I hear that right?

Now he's going to grill her on Mormonism and her lack of knowledge about it, even though she keeps citing how she couldn't do certain things because of her religion.

Not sure I've heard of a prosecutor objecting to the witness! Hahah, she needs to be slapped. Her demeanor has changed from meek to making it's way to arrogant again.

Let me ask ya'll something - if your significant other smacked you upside the head, would you be leaning in for a kiss right after? Because I know I sure wouldn't be.

Of parts of what I want to remember? What the heck? She is going to make that kind of statement?
