Hello everyone! I've been MIA for a while, so I am slowly catching up.

It's so disheartening to see they same disgusting testimony over and over again. I don't know how anyone would believe Arias' lies, but the testimony might stir enough emotion for the sentence to be life without parole.

On a separate note, I don't know if anyone has posted Martinez's response to Nurmi's accusation of misconduct and removal of porn files from Alexander's computers, but here it is:

Usnuzuloose - thanks for all your updates and tweets!

Things have just been crazy, some good, some bad, and some sad.

My father-in-law passed away in October, so it's been a very difficult and sad time. He was a wonderful man, they mayor of wherever he went. It's been very hard on my husband. My FIL has been ill for the past few years, and slowly he wasn't able to do the things he enjoyed doing. We knew he was failing, but we thought we'd be seeing him at Christmas. I know he's not suffering anymore, and he's in a better place, just miss him terribly.

My yellow lab just had surgery a week ago. He had a large fatty lump that needed to be removed. He's doing well, it's just a challenge keeping him calm and restricting his activity (especially since he has a younger brother who loves to play and is just crazy).

As life goes on, you realize just how fortunate you are when you see the struggles of others. There is so much suffering and evil in the world, that when you have your health, and your family and friends you know you are blessed.

I don't care (and neither should the jury) if Travis had porn of any kind on his computer, Jodi planned to kill him before she even left Yreka.

I don't think Nurmi should leave any stone unturned, doing that will squelch or at least minimize any future appeals for Jodi.

I'm afraid it's going to be hung anyway, I just don't think 12-16 jurors went home for days and days and didn't google this trial or see/hear something outside the testimony. And it only takes one.

The taxpayers of Arizona should be outraged over this trial.
