Thanks for the update, usnuz. Beth Karas says she'll load her video later tonight so I probably won't see it until morning and I'll post what she says. I hope she can clarify whether this media ban is for this one witness or the remainder of the defense's argument.

I can't help but think this witness can't be Jodi, she lost her right to privacy when she was convicted. And as far as death threats, well, she's under the protection of the State now, isn't she?

This came from her cell mate which she has been released. But the state is going to check into the death threat. I am not sure who she is under for protection, hopefully we will hear something by monday.

So Beth just reiterated the media has filed to have Judge Stephen's ruling overturned. It sounds like this media blackout is just for this one witness.

And she said Tanisha's victim impact statement was very strong, really moved everyone in the courtroom. And yes, Steven's marriage has suffered, he's getting divorced.


Maybe we'll hear something today or it could be Monday.

She did move the jury. I think that may have a big impact right there. It was moving just reading it.

I think if Jodi gets up on the stand that may just seal her fate with the jury. She will act the same way she did with Juan as the first round and they won't buy it.

There's a hearing today at 3 pm PT in the Arias case, asking Judge Stephens to stop the trial until the Arizona Court of Appeals decides whether to open the courtroom while the mystery witness is on the stand.


Well, this case will go down in history for sure now.
