She's trying to poke holes for reasonable doubt, but the problem is Dunn is a liar. It's been shown. The only way her strategy works is IF a juror believes Dunn. I so hope they know he was lying.

Dunn was so scared for his life that he shot a carload of kids and then went to his room and ordered pizza.

This is so unbelievable. When one is scared for their life, they do try to get to safety, and then CALL THE POLICE!!!! He could have driven a few minutes, pulled over and called 911!There is no reason for why he left the scene and never called the police, unless he had something to hide. He knew he had been drinking, and if he was found there they would have tested him for drugs and alcohol.

He needed the night to sober up, and he was hoping that no one could identify the car.

Just a reminder to Dunn and his lawyer - The three surviving VICTIMS will get to present impact statements to Judge Healey during sentencing. Once this case is over, he will be sentenced for the first three convictions.
