This is so unbelievable. When one is scared for their life, they do try to get to safety, and then CALL THE POLICE!!!! He could have driven a few minutes, pulled over and called 911!There is no reason for why he left the scene and never called the police, unless he had something to hide. He knew he had been drinking, and if he was found there they would have tested him for drugs and alcohol.
