The jury will come in tomorrow at 10 am only to be excused for a week. There are no witnesses this week. Next Monday and Tuesday were always dark days for the trial. After tomorrow morning, the trial will resume on Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 9:30 a.m./11:30 a.m.


This trial ranks right up there with OJ and Casey Anthony.

Yes, I can't even imagine if it had gone the other way.

I can't help but think this latest tactic used by the defense is a complete waste of time and money and quite frankly the blame belongs on Judge Stephens.
