Just saw a tweet by @TomTingle2 that the judge asked the jury if they have seen the news or talked to any reporters during the retrial

Since the jurors aren't sequestered, and they get to go home after every day, the judge is required to ask this question to make sure no jurors were possibly influenced by outside resources every time court reconvenes. This is pretty standard and a daily occurrence.

I'm usually around. Keeping up with what your posting and the trial. I know how hard it can be to comment in between posting tweets, so I thought I would lend a quick helping hand.

We're doing well. Since we work for the government, we have a new administration so we've been busy. For a while there we were a bit nervous if we would have a job with the new administration. So far things are looking good.

I haven't had a chance to keep up with many trials. I thought about maybe following the "American Sniper" trial, but lately I've only had enough time to keep up with this one. Hopefully this will all be over soon.
