One of the defense attorney's on HLN said they are trying to get the sympathy in for Mitigation. Something about it helps the defense if there is a death penalty phase.

Mitigation....Oh....Yeah
How about we listen to what Jodi said in her interview...
that if they convict her to life she'd rather be killed instead ...gee

Okay,going back without quoting people. The roommates took so long to find him because they thought he was in Mexico...and from what I'm reading, Jodi ran out of there after the murder? She did take time to lock up his bedroom door because they had to find the key. That's not something you'd think about when battling for your life and murdering somebody...you'd want to get out of there as fast as possible.

I can't watch the trial because like an idiot, I thought they'd have headphones on the plane and they don't. What exactly was discussed about the murder if not the stabbing (most important part) or the throat slashing? What is Jodi's demeanor? It's been 5 years but it would be one of those traumatic events if it really is how she said it was...does it look like she's reliving it in her head (probably with glee)?

Are Jodi's mom and aunt twins? They sure look like it. And which sister is crying? (So many questions so few answers!!!)
