I bet that Nurmi is going to suggest a time to the judge when it would be a good time to break. The thing is, this judge is very predictable...she stops for breaks at a predictable time, so Nurmi can target that time. He's going to suggest a time shortly before, at a point where it leaves the jury at just the appropriate time for the jurors to mull it all over. That's my analysis.

This reminds me of what my mother always said about soap operas...there would be some big traumatic occurrence...earthquake, explosion, falling in a well LOL or something...and a man and a woman (married, of course, but not to each other...of course) would be stranded together and end up having sex. Mom's line was always "That's the LAST thing I'd want to be doing!!" lol
