This is the first time I've really gotten to listen. No matter how kinky (or not) their sex life was, the phone call clearly shows her testimony has been a lie up to this point.

this is the same defense team that..... said that other girl/blonde was afraid of travis, he was too into sex, he scared her
yet on cross
she said that she was taken out of context, she felt that she was the one that was immature, over her head sexually ..etc..

the defense also tried to use this in their original motion to plead jodi to a lesser charge...
it failed then..prosecutors turned them down...


and once again, the defense is reaching for the stars and I dont think any rational person can see this as abuse or anything other than two promiscuous, sex charged people ....
what am i missing...........how does this help her???

the night of murder, WHAT went wrong....why the blow up and the alleged murder?

Theyve done and agreed to so many things....was it that he dumped her for good??

Her demeanor seems different. I think she knows the tape hurt her. She doesn't have that little girl sound to her voice now.

She seems totally deflated and looks like she just wants to check out at this point ... She's not even looking at the jury when she responds to her lawyer's questions like she has been doing ... She seems a bit annoyed to me also ...
