Mike Brooks from HLN agrees with us. That this tape did not help JA at all. He did not see any controlling from Travis, that she initiated most of the conversation, and it was all mutual consent.

I think Jodi was upset as she thought they would only play specific parts of the tape. Allot of it brings her own testimony into play here and how much she lied.

They heavily edited it. Mainly played the cleaner portions, her saying he made her feel like a goddess, that kind of thing.

Ok ... Can someone please explain to me what the point was of playing that tape? ... He sounded like he was ready to fall asleep ... She sounded desperate to bring up whatever subject she could think of just to keep him on the phone and the conversation going ... Really, how old were they? ... Except for the explicit parts , it just sounded like a conversation between a couple of teenagers ... I was just waiting for it to end with "you hang up" "no, you hang up first" "no, you hang up first" ... I just don't get it ...

What struck me during the playing of the tape was Jodi and Travis's tame language considering the subject matter.
