So I'll jump in here and say I'm not so sure the testimony of either of these incestuous PrePaidLegal/Legal Shield folks matter, they all tend to know when the other scratches so I'm sure the phones ring alerting them of every move especially when it comes to this trial.

It's time to move on.

Her self defense story came about approximately 2 years after she was charged and that's the story from her attorneys, she's not made a public statement.

I have to agree with this! One one hand I really want to hear what she has to say, but on the other hand I think it would be like nails on a chalk board.

I've caught some of this judge's facial reactions to this trial so far, I can see her taking that gavel to Jodi's head after half a day's testimony.

I missed a big part of it, but I'm listening to it now, and shouldn't be surprised that they are trying the sexual abuse, but I am. What part of her pictures even looks like she was unhappy about posing?

I'm late joining in, but was hoping somebody could clear something up for me. I have only seen bits and pieces of this trial, but have seen quite a bit of the Nancy Grace updates. Who is Searcy and why is/was he being questioned? Also, this prosecutor (the one who sounds like a frog- has dark hair and glasses), he seems like a jerk, am I reading him correctly?

I do not know who Searcy is. I don't find the prosecutor being a jerk, he is making his point with the jury. He is trying to make everything clear. And so he needs to come on strong.

Searcy is an associate and friend of Travis' and was put on the witness list on Jan 15 or 16. Chris Hughes (another associate and friend of Travis') knew this within a short period of time (1 hour or so) and called Searcy to discuss his testimony. The implication is the State had something to do with releasing information to Chris Hughes who claims his wife told him this info.

Short answer: They're all in this incestuous business relationship.

I haven't heard the defense is using any sexual abuse defense, I understood it to be Battered Woman Syndrome and I think there's a good chance she'll get off depending on how much detail the defense uses in it's case.

So I guess we don't have that 10:15AM witness in the prosecutorial misconduct hearing, looks like the defense has started it's case with direct testimony from Gus Searcy.

Great no court Thursday or Friday. Is she wearing different types of glasses? She had a square pair at one point. I have to leave the house at 5 am tomorrow and wont be home till evening.
