Hope this doesn't come back to haunt me someday that I'm a violent person LOL, but I'm going to say it anyway...I want to strangle Nurmi! All the "What was that last part you said?" or "What's that?" There are 4 possible reasons for his CONSTANTLY saying this:
1) He has a hearing problem.
2) He wants to emphasize the statement by having her repeat it.
3) He wants to give Jodi another chance to say what they had rehearsed, because the first time she didn't say it quite right.
4) He's determined to drag this on to twice as long as it would otherwise be by repeating almost everything.

When I watch the replay of some of the testimony, I realize how much I did miss, because my mind wanders. So Travis didn't like hair on her body nor his...OBVIOUSLY proof that he's a pedophile.

He repeats himself for 2 and 3. And he is so hard to listen to.

Good Morning All

What do we have in store for us today? Memory loss perhaps?
We all heard it, "I don't remember a lot of what happened that day".
We have been warned.

I just REALLY hope all the jurors heard her little slip yesterday when she said something on the line of "he was only violent once" or "he only hit me once".
I whooped so loud my neighbors probably heard me.
I saw the lady defense attorney start whispering to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo lady immediately.

After the murder description, we will still have to hear her BS story about going to Ryan Burns. Lets see how she tries to make him look like a liar now.

I wonder if Martinez will even get a her today, I'm thinking tomorrow.
Why? Because I have a hair appt. of course.

I think they caught that as her attorney made the mistake and go back to remind her. Way to go Nurmi!They have been caught before. And the lies just keep on coming....

Listening to Vinnie Politan and Beth Karras talk. Vinnie said that Jodi originally said she took the gas cans to fill up because gas was so expensive in California. She was gonna fill them up in Nevada and Utah. But then she stated she filled them up in Pasadena. Nurmi never corrected her and just glossed over it. I wonder if he caught the mistake and didn't want to draw attention to it.

The trial I am waiting for is WHITEY BULGER. While I live in SoCALI, I am from Boston. Lived there until 5 years ago. I would soooooo love to see HIM on trial. But I have the "Squeezebox" and I will listen to HOWIE CARR discuss the trial when it commences.

Was the CD ever recovered? if so, what was on it. I wonder if the CD didn't have pictures that Travis wanted but a blackmail CD of sex pictures of them together. I could see her telling him,"You better take me to Mexico or I will show everybody these pictures and the sex tapes I recorded."

Didn't she claim that he got mad because the cd was scratched? I doubt there was any cd involved, but I'm sure she had quite a bit of blackmail in her arsenal of "make Travis love me" mission.

There are so many mistakes. I really hope this jury is taking notes on the key factors such as the gas cans.

Yes that is the reason she claimed for the killing. Let's see if Nurmi has to go back and remind her of such incidents that took place. I wonder how much sleep she got tonight? They were probably drilling her till late last night.
