What information do you need for working in the US? I've looked into this so if I know what you want to know I may well be able to give you some answers.
There is a temporary placement program ( I think the maximum is 2 years) for foreign workers (usually students) to go work at Epcot, but the program is really more of a "work experience" idea and the wages are not too good. Living quarters are, I believe, dorms sharing with other students on the program.
For more "regular" jobs, unless you have a very rare skill it is unlikely Disney will employ you UNLESS you already qualify to live and work in the US. It's quite time consuming even getting an interview to talk to "casting", IMHO the have a deliberate policy of making people wait at least 2 weeks between applying (in person) for an interview and actually getting the interview. This effectively rules out people who live elsewhere (other than Florida) from getting the "Disney bug" while on holiday and deciding to interview for the company while on vacation. I would expect that prior to this system Disney had large numbers of such "misty eyed" tourists tying up Disney's recruitment areas by taking interviews and then changing their mind when they got back home.
Disney has a policy of promoting internally. One way of looking at that policy is they expect people to learn the business from the floor up so they have an understanding of what the jobs are "underneath" their later positions. A more cynical view could be that Disney struggle to fill all the toilet cleaning, burger flipping and soda dispensing positions with adiquate quality staff so use this policy to get decent workers for bottom dollar to fill their crap positions. It's also a decent way to weed out those that are unlikely to "cut it" higher up the corporate ladder.
