4) The requirements are

. . . you may not have games on the computer you use for business
. . . you must go through their initial training
. . . you must go through the training for the specific client companies
. . . you must pay for the training
. . . you must work all the exact hours you weekly sign for
. . . you can sign up for as many or as few hours as you wish, based upon the client's published schedule
5) Average pay is about $10.00-$13.00 per hour, sometimes more.
