I'm currently 15 years old and my dad is requiring me to look for a job.
I'm bassically clueless on what I need to do to find a job other than look for one
I have my resume made up in Freshman Foundations and a cover letter but that's really it.
I'm so confused and hoping that somebody could tell me who hires at 15, I know that McDonalds, Burger King, and Target do not
I just applied for Safeway and that's it
Could somebody please help me with what places hire at 15 and what places do not
Thanks so much for the help! :)

Nobody around here hires at 15, sorry. You also probably won't need the resume for the part-time job, lol.

Just drive down the street, and walk into all the places you would be willing to work and ask them if they hire 15 years old. Better than that, just whip out the phonebook and call them. :)

you are lucky, all of the places around where i live like to hire at 16. Sometimes Hair salons hire young people to do random cleaning up type things, Sorry that's all i could think of.

That's weird that McDonalds won't.
They hire at 14 here.
Most restaurants around here hire at 14.
Look into drug stores, and convenience stores.

the only places you can really get a job at when your 15 is like fast food

or maybe a relatives place

but many places dont hire at 15....unless you babysit

I know what you mean about trying to find a job. I am 16 atm, and i've already started my summer holidays. My mum wanted me to get a job but it's not very easy. We've found a couple but most of the required me to be 17. There just isn't that many jobs going.

I do babysitting whenever it's available.

I'm not sure about at your age, but usually at around my age they start hiring for supermarket work and resteraunts.

For a 15 year old, the only things I can think of are:
-Babysitting/housesitting
-Kroger or Publix ( sometimes in GA they'll hire 15 year olds to be baggers )
-Chick-fil-a
