Part time MySql DBA wanted

We are looking for a part time DBA. The work could be performed evenings and weekends so this would be ideal as some extra part time income.
The candidate must have:
Proven commercial experience with MySql in a Red Hat environment.
They need to be experienced in backup systems and Innodb conversion and use. Some windows server experience would be helpful for front end interfaces.

What a shame, I've had plenty of experience in a Blue Hat environment and I once had a lovely Green Hat with bobbles on, but I've never owned a Red Hat.
