I was in a JoAnn Fabrics in CT today. In the clearance section, they had tubes of 100 glow stick bracelets for $3.97! 
My family's set for a couple of years! There were also lots of other kids' craft kits from their summer things -- I think it's called Kids Camp.
They also had white t-shirts that had Disney designs printed on them that were made for kids to color in. They had Toy Story, Mickey, and princess ones that I saw for $7.99. Not the cheapest, but cute if you have kids that like to color!
