I'm not usually a big fan of riding the Jungle Cruise after dark, but I have never been on the holiday version before. Does Jingle Cruise have lighting or other effects that work better at night? Is it worth a ride in the dark?

I was wondering this too, thanks for asking. I believe the Storybookland Canal Boats are lit up at night? I never did get to ride that last December (the ride was closed) and from this board understand it is Christmas decorated. I shall keep an eye on this thread. :)

We rode the Jingle Cruise last year on our Christmas trip, and also the year prior.

There were a bit more lights than normal, mainly Christmas lights, on last year's version than the year prior, but there still weren't very many. The lighting at night seems to mainly come from the light on the boats.

Has it opened this year yet? Has anyone reported on it?

Yes at night it is hard to see. Must lights come from the boat. We rode it at night. Yes it opened its going. It opened on the 13th of November
