Okay, I haven't been watching closely this season but I did watch last night. Did Wes actually say in an earlier episode he had a girlfriend? Or he was there to have people hear him sing? Anything like that? It's getting more interesting now that the numbers are down and I can keep 'em straight who's who.

I was going to post the same question. I don't remember if he said that he had a girlfriend or not??? He seemed pretty calm last night when the drama was going down. Of course the previews for next week make it look like a confession comes from someone

I don't remember Wes (or anyone else) admitting they had a girlfriend on camera. I'm sure a lot of things are said that we don't know about, but how dumb would that be to admit something like that, to your "competitors", even off camera?

Just starting to watch now that things are getting interested (i.e. 'has a girlfriend' drama). Is anyone else REALLY liking Ed?! Ooh - I like that guy!

While I like Kiptyn's personality.. I find his looks similar to those of the woman in the Seinfield episode.... you know-- the episode where in certain light she looks pretty but in other lighting she looks a bit odd. Some times Mr. Kiptyn looks good.... but then at other times it ain't good.

Michael the break dancer- during the season opener I was not charmed by this guy, but the last two episodes I have been seeing him as very sweet---albeit immature--- but very sweet.

Jake the pilot- I love this guy... he is not only HOT but intelligent and kind

Tanner the foot fetish guy- I think he has realized he is friend material for Jillian and is just kinda hanging in there for the fun of it all. I think Jillian knows this too and rewarded him with a rose last night

Wes the country star in his own mind guy- he is coming across as very wormy...but I am not sure if it is all in the editing or if he really is a bad guy. I just wish he would go home...

Reid- the quietly understated sex appeal guy- oh ya.. yummy all around

Robby/Mark/Jesse and Ed- the nice, cute, guys who need more time with Jillian guys- all very interesting dark horses

Drama Dave--- oh dave, dave, dave... you may be looking for a good woman for a while young man. Maybe you will meet her at a AA or anger management meeting

Juan- poor Juan- I think he got backhanded for something he did not deserve... and yet he was a smooooooth gentlemen all the way out the door.

Mike- that was a big surprise to see him go home.... but Jillian likes guys that have been hurt giving Mark the upper hand on the 2 on 1 date

I gotta say The men on the Bachelorette always seem to be of better quality than the woman on the Bachelor. The guys do some odd things.. but they are not the high strung psycho ladies that are often shown on the Bachelor shows. I mean.. ya, we have Drama Dave, Weasley Wes.... but they aren't half as all out crazy as some of the old gals on the previous batchelor seasons.

I have to agree. The guys seem to be really nice to each other. They seem happy for each other when they get a special date or a rose. Girls not so much. LOL

Ohhh, I am not so sure the men are any better.... Look at psycho DAVE... Don Juan, foot fetish Tanner, and some of the others.

I think maybe guys are just wierd and psycho in less emotionally obvious ways.

Jillian is being a little selfish.......she is complaining the she has given up everything for this chance at love BUT she is the one in control.

Ed is one of 10 who is taking a chance at love and decided to make the practical choice and chose what is a known quantity in his life - his career. Also we don't know what his boss exactly said to him. Jillian needs to see his side not just her hurt feelings.

Do you really throw away a career for a chance at love - when the track record of this show has not been the best? Come on Jillian - this is TV not the real world...........
