If I were Ed I don't think I could marry her right now since she obviously has strong feelings for more than one person. How can she say she is 110% sure Ed is the one when she was ALL OVER Kiptyn the day before, and unsure about another man's proposal a few minutes before. It was so uncomfortable when she just let Kiptyn go on and on about how he loves her when she was about to break his heart. She should have cut him off earlier, it would have been kinder.

I think she is an attention junkie. She wants multiple men falling all over her and declaring their love for her. It just shows how insecure she really is.

I ended up liking Kiptyn more than I thought I would. I think he was just being cautious, and I felt sorry for him for getting his heart broken. It would be nice if he was the next bachelor. I think there is more to him than we all realize. He is most definitely a catch!

I wish they would have showed a closeup of the ring. What I saw of it looked kind of gaudy to me, but who knows?

Ed's ring was butt ugly. It looked to be a heart shaped diamond *gack*.

I missed most of the Reid drama and all of Ed. A batch of really bad storms came though and they delayed the start of the show 40 minutes. My DVR cut out just as Reid and Jill were hugging after he said he loved her. *sigh*

Anyway ... I think she picked the right guy. Ed really seemed to fit right in with her family and she said that she was looking for someone to take care of her. Ed will certainly be able to take care of her as long as he still has a job .

I don't have a DVR, so I only got to see it once, but it seemed like there was a whole bunch of weird editing that went on. I noticed when she walked back to the bridge after Reid left, the sun appeared to be lower in the sky (later in the day). However, by the time Ed finally arrived, I was expecting a nice sunset by then, and it actually appeared brighter than earlier.

I was starting to wonder if it was taped over 2 days, and that's why she looked so much more pulled together (hair, makeup, and attitude) after what she had just been through with Reid.

The red van was a taxi. So maybe it didn't stick around? I didn't even notice he left in a limo, but you are absolutely right, that he did. Maybe it was a show car OR perhaps it was day 2 of taping. While at the car saying goodbye, they changed cameras from back of her head to the front of her face, and the entire front face shot seemed completely different than everything else. All different lighting. A nice big curl in her hair that wasn't in any other scenes. Even felt like a completely different camera style. It was short, but really odd & didn't flow.

The thing I never liked about Ed, was he wouldn't look right at her when he talked to her sometimes.

I wonder how much of this show is staged. Ed coming back....Reid coming back....Wes just there for his career.

I'd like to see either Kypton or Reid as the next Bachelor. Nothing heals a broken heart like......more attention?

I feel funny posting about this, but I thought this season was really fun!

I was watching Jillian's expressions for the past few weeks. It was so obvious that it was always Ed. She had to play the rest of it out to finish the show, but I think she knew for awhile. Even her body language in Kiptyn's room was very telling.

Reid left in the minivan this time. Jillian even closed the door on him.

I didn't think I cared, and then when I saw her and Ed together in the final scenes, I even got a couple of tears, cuz he's the nerd with low self esteem that won!

Why did I not find this thread until today?

I've been a Kiptyn fan all along. He would have been my #1 pick for sure!
I guess Reid would have been my #2 pick, although we're talking a pretty darn wide margin here.
Ed, ummm, I just don't see the appeal at all.

Not sure how I'm feeling about Jillian right now (other than really questioning her judgement when it comes to men of course) I thought she was genuine, but now I'm wondering if the person who made the point about her seeming to revel in having as many guys as possible falling all over her, might be right on. Hmmm


Remind me again why I waste my time on these silly shows? I never watched Bachelor or Bachelorette nonsense until I got pulled in with all the Jason hoopla, and then of course since I "knew" Jillian from his season, I had to watch hers. Please, please do NOT let them choose Kiptyn as the next bachelor. I'd be hooked for sure.

It looked like Reid left in a Mini Van to me. She is the one that slid the door closed. It just looked like the middle seats were missing and he went right to the back seat. Probably so they wouldn't have to look at each other.
