Jiko's Oak-grilled filet mignon with macaroni and cheese and red wine sauce

If you have had this in the far past, like years ago, and then had it within the last 6 months or so, then I wanted to ask you, did you notice if that dish has less Macaroni and Cheese then they used to?

I could be wrong, just have to ask to see.

I had this last May (2008) and I was honestly shocked at how small the portion of mac and cheese was - it was very good but I couldn't believe the serving size. Especially considering the price of the meal - m&c is not all that expensive!

I enjoyed my meal but DH and DD were not impressed and we won't be going back this year

I've had this entree 3 times in the past 2 years and I've never had a generous portion of mac n cheese. I have found the entree size to be equivalent to the entree sizes at any of the other Disney signatures.

I was there about a year ago and thought that the serving size was smaller than the first time I had it.

We had it in Oct and I was a bit shocked to see how small the portion was (compared to other pics I had seen on the Dis) but I could barely finish it. DH devoured his and ate the rest of mine too.

I guess when you are ordering an appie, cocktail, entree and dessert it can be overwhelming so I am sooo glad the portions are not huge...that way I have room to try everything!

Wow, I guess im not insane, hehe.
So im thinking I should just ask for a larger portion of the Mac & cheese next time, just to be on the safe side. Im always nice if I have to ask for something too, humble and so on. And if they say it will cost me more, so be it, Ill pay it.
