Jiko/Narcoosees/GFC

My family will be on the deluxe dining plan on our upcoming trip to WDW. I currently have ADRs for Jiko and Narcoosees, but I have read many recent reviews that rave about GFC.

Is it a hidden gem that simply must be tried and if so which of the two signatures should fall victim to adding GFC?

We are staying at the Poly and I have reservations at California Grill, so the view at Narcoosees is not a major factor for me. The major consideration for me is quality of the food.

What do you guys think?

IMO, Jiko is amazing and should not be missed. GFC is good, but not nearly the same level as Jiko (or Cali Grill for that matter). I liked Narcoosees, but I didn't think it was nearly as good as Jiko or CG.

Honestly, I liked GFC a lot and I'd definitely eat there again, but now that I've done all 3, I wouldn't drop Jiko *or* Narcoossee's for GFC. Narcoosee's was just a little bit more pleasant than GFC, in terms of food and atmosphere and view (I know you're not going for the view, but all things being equal, seeing the park is better than the swimming pool, right?), and the service at N's was outstanding whereas the service at GFC was meh.

Jiko is in a class entirely of its own--well, maybe Flying Fish is in the same class--so I wouldn't even call dropping Jiko an option.
