Jiko - Is it really worth it?

Im sorry but paying that much for a bottle of wine is nuts. But then again I dont drink so that really doesnt pertain me anyways. DH drinks beer but thats it. And when we go to Disney, he can have 1 beer at most a day if he wants it like at dinner. Even beer is expensive down there. Outside that, he wants more beer, he better have some money stashed away somewhere that I dont know about.

Oh yeah about the appitizers - unless they change and put something on there thats actually appitizing to me, you all can have it. Nothing on the appitizers look or sound that good.

Thanks for voting and replies everyone. I decided to take Jiko off and we will just do Boma instead. I heard they have different things each night and we would be going on 2 different nights (Tues & Thurs). We would be saving $40 by doing Boma, and we can eat as much as we want. Not only that, but afterwards we can head straight to Epcot for IllumiNations. If we were to do Jiko, we wouldnt be going anywhere after dinner. So I feel like we are gaining more by doing Boma instead of Jiko.

I thought the food at Jiko was very strange tasting. Lots of wierd spices and a high prices (hey that rhymes). If your looking for a memorable meal go to Narcossees at the GF. Its about the same price as Jiko, however IMHO the food, service and atmosphere are far better.
