Jewelry in handbag through security

I will have a small jewelry roll with sterling silver jewelry in my handbag when we travel. Will I be ok going through security?

Sure. I always take any jewelry with me in my carryon bag. I put it on the bottom of the bag. No issues at all.

I picked up a hard sided jewelry travel roll and I have never had any problem going through security. I definitley would NOT pack my jewelry in my checked bags.
