jeweled disney shirts?

I've seen pictures in different threads (not DISigns) where people state that they made their Disney shirts. They are the type most commonly seen on wedding parties. The name, word, phrase, etc is spelled out in little jewels in the "disney font". Does anyone know how to make these?
