As mentioned on previous posts, my wife and I had to cut our trip very short, due to a family medical emergency. While Disney turned out to be a royal pain in regards to a refund, Jetblue was the exact opposite, they got us on the next available flight and waived all fees. The flight was great, but the customer service was even better.
