Just wanted to pass this along. On a recent flight back from Disney it was delayed 2 hours due to no fault of Jet Blue. No planes were taking off from our home airport (where the plane was coming form). I found out later it was because the President was in town and all flights were delayed while he landed and took off. On the flight the flight attendant was good enough to give me a free drink for the delay. Not announced or official policy, but appreciated. Anyway I received a 50 credit from JetBlue today. Since the flight was only 89 I think this is great customer service. Yes my time is worth more than the 50 dollars, but this unsolicited credit is appreciated. I would not expect anything from them in this case.
