Jetblue travel insurance blocking res

Ok so I made our jetblue reservations months ago and when I did jetblue was having issues. The page errored a few times and after buying some more points and finishing the purchase with insurance my reservation now shows a red error text in the insurance section. This error made it so I couldn't book my seats. I called the insurance provider they said no error on there side I'm all set. So I called jetblue they have my reservation and see the error and said it should fix itself. They booked my seats for me.

now months later I still have the error text and can't modify my trip at all. I have tried contacting jetblue many times but after an hour I tend to have to give up and get work done. Anyone else having this error as well?
 
Not quite the same thing but JB changed my flight and I had purchased seats when I booked the flight. I called to change to an earlier flight and the agent said she could see I had purchased the seats and said it was all set and I had seats on the new flight. When I look on JB it shows what seats I have but if I go to assign seats it shows those seats available and doesn't show me where I am sitting. Not sure if it's a fluke or if I really don;t have assigned seats. So far when i have tried to call the waits have been almost 2 hours. Really with they would bring back the option for them to call you back when it's your turn.
