JetBlue sale today- rebook question

Our flight is down from 186 to 109!! Earlier it was down to 131 and I already called to get that price... can I make this change online? The guy had a hard time doing it last time... I see a place to change flight... can I do it with no fee online? Is there a fee by phone? He seemed to not give me the whole thing back on credit.

edit to add: called and it cant be done online. But total savings now is 279.00!!!! yay
