Jetblue out of Syracuse

We are going in Feb 2010 and was resigned to the fact that we were going to have to drive because the flights we over $500 each.... then for the heck of it I check Jetblue a few minutes ago and WOW!!!!! the flights were down to $104 for connecting flights and $129 for direct..... I booked them so fast my head was spinning.... with taxes $264 round trip.... no driving for me baby!!!!

I was sooooooooooooo excited... I really didn't want to drive...and now for just a couple of hundred dollars more I can be there in 5 hours as opposed to 25 hours!!!!

I am hoping that JB will post on September 4th like it did last year, so I can use my JB credit to purchase tickets for DS and DGF. I am this feeling that JB may not post until later as SW has only posted until March 12th! I am not looking forward to waiting another 6 weeks! Great deal on the Feb tickets MAGGIED!

I'm outside of Ithaca and I always check jetblue out of Rochester too. They have a couple of direct flights a day (super important to us w/ young kids) and they are often much cheaper. We paid $141 roundtrip for our October trip. It is worth it to me to drive the extra hour because it was over a $100 price difference and I bought 5 tickets.

I started flying JetBlue down to Orlando out of Rochester just this past year. I couldn't be happier.

Usually I check Buffalo-Rochester-Syracuse because of my location (15 minutes east of the Rochester airport, so I'm about 1.5hr from Syr airport and 1 hr from Buf.) They're all usually about the same price, but it never hurts to check the other cities to see if anyone has better times!

Another Rochestarian & I love JetBlue

I booked them for our trip next week (I booked wayyyy back in the Spring for 72 each way, direct flights)

I always try and fly JetBlue if possible & I check BUF & SYR (about 10 mins from the ROC airport & about an hour in either direction for the other airports) and for some reason Rochester & Orlando seem to LOVE each other! I always can find lots of direct flights for fairly cheap from ROC.
