Jetblue fares dropping

Hey all,

check out your Jetblue fares, some great discounts. I just got a sweet credit for a discount fare. Booyeah.

I'm flying in a little under 4 weeks and the fares for my flight are actually up also.

I don't know why but mine haven't dropped at all since I booked them in May. Actually, the fares are increasing is anything. My flights were $119 each way and are now $144.

golden1 - keep checking. My fare actually went from $79 to $84 to $94 (where I conceded to Jet Blue, stopped playing 'chicken', and actually purchased the tickets), to $104 to $109 to $119 to $104 to $94 to $79 (although not at the same time, so I had to keep checking) - so now I have $30 in credits. Oh, and the outbound fare went up to $144 to $199 and is now at $169... while my return fare is still at $79...

Included in the price drop are some Thanksgiving fares - roundtrip is now under $300 versus the $464 last week for a Wednesday departure and a Sunday return. I'll have to make it a quiet woo hoo as this is good for this year, but still more than the last two years by about 100%.

Yes just call JB and they will put the credit into your JB account and you have one year to use it.

I have saved $80 on my roundtrip ticket for one. I booked at $99 each way the day flights opened. I still have the same seats and now have $80 credit towards my ticket for next year. My credit does not expire until October(? yep, check and it is 10) 26, 2007, anyone have the same 13 months?
