Jetblue credit - how to get?

I've been checking our flight prices daily and today they are $5 cheaper each way (x5 people). How do I go about getting a credit? Thanks!

If you are a true blue member and have a jetblue credit card that you used to book your flight, it may not be worth it for a $5 credit because it will greatly reduce the true blue points earned for your flights.

If not you might as well get the credit. But keep in mind you do not get a credit to whatever credit card you used, but a credit toward future flights which must be used within 1 year.

Call JetBlue.. be prepared for it to take a little bit.. tell them which leg of the flight dropped.. request for all of them to be put in one travel bank in your name.. that is very important for when you try to rebook!! That's $25 towards a future flight!

I got a $100 credit!

I ended up forgetting about it yesterday and then when I checked today it was down even more - $5 each on the way down and $15 each on the way back!

Dh and I will be forced to take a little getaway sometime before next May 25th!
