After looking into programs like Dollar Shave Club and Harry's, my DH recently decided to order his usual razors from jet. He was SO blown away by the prices that he has been saying we really need to figure out what else we can order from there! :D And then he asked if we "ever discuss it on your savings board?" I said that it hadn't come up that I recall, but I would ask...so are any of you customers/fans of jet? And if yes, what items do you like to buy or find the best prices for? (I do understand that the pricing changes as you add more items...) TIA!

I buy paper goods (bulk), health & beauty aids, sometimes some food, the occasional rollator when mine starts making wheel-coming-off noises...

I like that the price drops depending how much of each item you buy, how much total stuff you get, if you use a debit card, if you decline free returns. I've never been aware of my price dropping based on what other shoppers put in their own carts (what the ads say).

They also have Jet Anywhere. You sign up, shop online at any of the participating companies, and forward your confirmation e-mail. After 30 days - to make sure the sale completes - a percent of your purchase is applied to your account as, I think, Jet Cash. You can put the funds toward future purchases.

If you haven't already, search for discount codes. New customers get 15% off the first three orders.

I've placed a fair number of orders. Never had a problem. Just be aware that some things are shipped by Jet, some by other vendors - you can see who will fulfill the order once you go to check out. The Jet items definitely come more quickly, usually on the 2 day delivery cycle they promise. The other vendors not so much. I've gotten it all, just not in 2 days.

I've returned one item to a non-Jet vendor, didn't have any issues.

I've contacted Jet about a couple of small issues, and they've responded quickly and adequately.

One thing you have to watch about Jet is that their descriptions are sometimes wrong - like they'll say something is a case of 12, but clearly the price is for just 1. Bring your common sense - they have good prices, even great sometimes, but if the price is just ridiculously low, you probably have hit one of those cases. I've seen this a lot on the food items.

All in all, they are on my list of sites to check for just about anything I need to buy, along with Amazon and eBay.

Kind of funny, MomToOne - I ran into that with an Amozon seller once. Very limited edition Milano cookies, the price wasn't cheap but acceptable okay for the quantity described.

Nope. I got one bag of cookies for $15ish.

I've used Jet twice since January and was very happy with the prices and the quick shipping. I discovered them when Amex had an offer for a $20 statement credit with a purchase of $50 or more. Then there was second offer in June for a $10 statement credit with a $50 purchase. I used a 15% off code for even more savings. I purchased paper goods, cleaning supplies. and k-cups. Boxed is another similar company. I ordered from them recently, also because of an Amex offer. I think we're well stock with paper goods for quite a while.

When I've used them, I've been pleased, but the things I want they never have or they're more expensive it seems.

I used Jet twice because they were offering large discounts to try their service. The items took much longer to arrive than items from Amazon. Additionally, both items were drop shipped; one from Amazon (!) and one from WalMart. Never again. I'm sticking with Amazon.

We tried them once when they had a great deal on carseats. We ordered two different colors, several days later we received an email saying they were out of stock and only one would ship. I think it was because they were from two different companies, either way not super impressed.

I found out about Jet.com while searching for a place to buy Cocoa Powder. Of course I tried Amazon but noticed a lower price with Jet.com. I had never heard of them but quickly saw that the more I bought, the lower the price went. I ended up buying 8 - 8oz boxes of Hershey's Dark Cocoa. the original price was $2.73 ea. which was cheaper than my walmart. However after putting 8 of those in my cart, the price was $1.93 ea....I looked around their site, and bought a few more items and ended up with free shipping too. The order was delivered the following day. :)

super fast shipping and prices were the best for what I was shopping for. I send a donation once a month of various products to a cat rescue that we got our cat from and the food that they use there was cheaper at jet.com and it was there in 2 days!

WELL, less than an hour later and they've informed me they are out of one of the things I ordered, so THAT doesn't bode well for my future relationship with jet.com

Tried a few orders earlier in the year with coupon codes. Would not accept orders. so just gave up and sticking with amazon. I believe Walmart bought jet recently. So maybe they are better (or not) now.

I've only used them once and was really disappointed. The shipping time was too long because what was "in stock" when I ordered was not really in stock. If you need something in a certain amount of time I would avoid them.

I'm an amazon prime me,ber, and I love jet! their prices are usually less $ than amazon, and I keep getting discount codes in the mail.... I like the bulk ordering prices, where ordering more than one item drops the price....they're just as quick to ship also.... I'd say Amazon needs to watch out for this competitor, some of their prices are outrageous lately

I haven't ordered anything yet. But I am tired of things going on with amazon and ready to make the switch. I went to order coffee and yikes i had to pay a fortune for it to get free shipping. I refuse to do that.

I used them a few months ago for what were "Hot Topic exclusive" Funko POP! figures that had sold out at Hot Topic. Prices were awesome ($5-7 per figure, usually $12) and it ended up being cheaper to buy a 5th figure and qualify for free shipping rather than pay for shipping.

We have ordered twice from them. The first order was a back-up hard drive.....we had a pretty significant savings coupon for a "first time customer" so that made it worth the extra effort (versus just a quick one-click order from Amazon). No problems with the order at all (that was probably in June).

DH recently (this past weekend) asked if we had any Jet coupons/codes. We had received another one in the mail recently but it didn't work on what he wanted to order (I think it was a back-to-school code), but he did do a Google search and found a good coupon for the item he wanted (something for the garden). It hasn't arrived yet, but as far as I know there isn't any issue...P
