jet blue just went $3 already since yesterday..what should i do...wait or book before it goes up again...its for july 2011

Same thing happened with the flights I am looking for for Aug. I am still going to wait to see what happens in the coming weeks. It is just too expensive now. You could go ahead and book it and if your flight price drops Jetblue will issue you a credit for a future flight.

Yep, I should have booked it yesterday also when it was $81 each way,
I just booked mine at $84 before it goes any higher.
When I booked it there wasn't a single seat selected yet either, wonder why it when up $3 over night, it's not like it was filling up. Maybe with some luck it will go back down.

I was also looking at flights to Vegas, yesterday $161 each way, today $218 each way. Couldn't pull the trigger though because plans are not yet firmed up. DARN

Keep in mind that the prices tend to jump closer to the weekend and start to drop around Tuesdays/Wednesday. So don't panic when the weekends come. I'm still waiting for my January-home flight and both my May and August flights. I have them all on my Yapta account to make it easier to track the changes.

OMG... when did they release dates for the summer!?? Last time I checked it was up to May. We usually go in Aug and they dont release dates until Dec. I randomly checked today and they were up for our dates and its 133 each way out of Boston... NOT at the times we want..!! Checked Hartford and it was even higher... We could fly almost $100 per person cheaper on Delta but they have the baggage fare and NO TVs! Taking the plunge and booking tonight.

we are looking at july 26 and yesterday they were 120 each way and today 123 in just one day it went up..

Th flights for Aug went up by $10. I was going to wait for price to come down. $440 is higher than I've ever seen!!! Does anyone think the prices will come down??

The prices always tend to go up during the weekends. They haven't even had a sale yet. I'm not telling you to wait because that's your decision, but I fly jetblue every other month and watch fares daily. When the fares are really cheap I buy them right away, other than that I wait. I guess it all depends how many tickets you need to buy and if you can use the credit if you have to get one later. Good luck.
