if the price of one leg of the flight went down can you get a credit?

Yes, just call them and you'll get a credit to be used towards future travel. :thumbsup2

Thank you!!! They were great and gave us the credit and were so nice about it too!

Now call back and make sure your seat assignments are the same.

Crediting a fare actually involves cancelling the existing one and booking a new one (no, JetBlue doesn't tell you that - since it's internal and there's no real need-to-know on the passenger's part). Usually there's no problem, but on occasion the CSR may forget to rebook the specific seats.

I think we are still confirmed. She went over the whole thing b.c I told her we were traveling with a 11 month old and a 2 year old and made notations. I received a confirmation email and went back online and confirmed the seats and have a print out that says confirmed on it with the seat selections. That should be good enough right?
