Hi all, I know some of you have rebooked through Jet Blue when the fares show lower than you originally booked. Did you get charged the $25.00 fee? When I booked I have $79 to MCO and $96 back to BOS. I just looked this morning and it's back to $79 for return MCO to BOS on the 5:30pm flight I have. It's a difference of $34 (lunch at LeCellier for us!). If they charge the $25 is it worth it now or should I wait and see if they go down further as it gets closer to my August 29th departure? I've seen it as low as $59!
What have you done or would do if you've flown Jet Blue?
Thanks in advance!!
Kim

If you are not changing your dates, destination, flight times, you should just be able to get a credit without a rebooking fee. If the flight price goes down again, you should be able to get additional credit. The only time you have to pay a fee is when you are changing the flight location, time or date (the last I heard, anyway). I would call for the credit immediately, because once enough people book, that price will go up again!

I'm curious about this too. so their policy is about the same as Southwest's? Let us know how it turns out for you. Hope you get that meal at Le Cellier!

It is the exact flight, time, etc. I'll call right away and let you all know. I can almost taste that burger at LC!
Thank you!!
:)

I would also call them and check. I *think* that you may actually end up paying $5 per ticket, as their online tickets are priced $5 less than if you call and book, and in order to rebook, or get the lower fare, you need to do it on the phone. Even still, $5 to save $17 is still a savings.

:jumping1: YEA!!!! Thank you!!!! I just re-booked and it didn't cost me anymore at all. They put $34.00 into my JetBlue account, rebooked it with the same seats too. The initial customer service rep did say that her manager had to re-book it since I did it on-line, but that was all. When she came back to the phone, it was already done. This is great!! I love saving money and thanks to the DISboards and all you wonderful people I never could have done it. Many thanks and a great big hug!:grouphug:
Can wait to taste that yummy food at LC! Maybe I'll have dessert too! :cake: :cloud9:

I just rebooked as well. I have a $102. credit! Thanks for the heads up. I didn't think that the fares would go down Thanksgiving weekend!!!

That's great Paticake!!! Congratulations!!
Keep looking though, I've seen them go as low as $59 each way. I'll keep watching until the day before I leave. I'll be going again before May 2005 anyway, as that is when my AP expire. You have a nice credit started there as well for your next trip!

We are AP holders and DVC members so I already have SSR booked for April. I will be watching for when they release the dates!

Yep, us too! DVC Members and AP holders. Kinda makes sense though doesn't it? I can't wait until we go to SSR in August. We took the tour in May and it's sooooo nice.
