We are not going to WDW until August, but I am already nervous about the whole airline issue with Delta/Song as that is what we have used out of Bradley for the last 3 years and have been very happy with their service.

Can anyone tell me about Jet Blue? Will you get assigned seating? Also, any suggestions for nice, but not too pricey hotels at both Logan & JFK to possibly stay at either the night before or the night of return?

Also, has anyone flown down on SW but returned on a different airline?

Thanks in advance.

Jet blue rock, they have personal tv's on the back of every seat and you can choose your seats when book your airfare online. they have cool sncks too, blue chips or cookies or a cheesy doritos cchex mix thing

We flew Jet Blue in January and thought they were great - especially liked the seatback tv's that you don't get on SW. It wasn't SW but last month we flew from Logan to MCO on Song but flew back out of Sanford via Allegiant (into Portsmouth, NH).

You won't find many inexpensive hotels in the Boston area, but there are some right on the airport property. I believe Hilton is the one right there.

Thanks all - I needed to at least know I can book my seats on line to be able to keep the family together. From what I can see out of Bradley, Delta is the only non-stop and I really do not want to spend 6 hours on a plane if I can help it!

Anyone hear anything on the Delta pilots today? I thought there was a meeting scheduled about a possible strike?

JetBlue is awesome!! I just booked with them for a 2nd time and got a killer deal out of boston to orlando. under $200 round-trip for 2 adults, nonstop flight. I like being able to pick my seat online and i like the ticketless travel. Just print a bar code on your home printer. I'm not sure how far ahead they are book right now though.

Flying Jet Blue Saturday -

My paperwork shows for MAGICAL EXPRESS - provided luggage tags...for departure dates using airline JETBLUE...but then in the back of the booklet it says...

"Upon departure, you may take advantage of our complimentary resort airline check-in serice for participating airlines. You can check your luggage and receive your airline boarding passes at your WDW resort so there si no need to check in at the airport. This provides you tiem to enjoy the magic on your last day and forget the hassle of transporting luggage and checking in at the airport.

At this time, the service is only available for guessts flying domestically on the airlines listed below - AMERICAN, CONTINENTAL, DELTA, UNITED

DOES THAT MEAN IT WONT HANDLE JET BLUE DEPARTURE? so confused.

I did ME with Jet Blue in October 05 and I was able to resort check my bags in the morning of departure day. Jet Blue was added over the late summer months. IT was great to fly with Jet Blue and use ME (resort check in, luggage and boarding passes), I had my carry on bags left at the resort in luggage services and spent my last morning back at epcot and rode Soarin twice then headed back to the resort for lunch and then was off to airport, it took less then 45 mins with a single resort stop before the airport.

Hi, I used to live in CT and have flown JetBlue from JFK to MCO. I got up early and went to the airport and drove back home after we landed, so I can't help you with the hotels, but the flights were great. The TVs were wonderful as they kept my son busy and the flight was very smooth. We also took off and landed on time. Their prices are excellent also, and I would definitely fly them again.

You can check in for your flights on JetBlue at the resort airline checkin desk.
I am flying out of EWR on 12/19 on JetBlue, and my flight just went down to $39 one way. I got a $50 credit for each ticket for a future flight. My return flight on 12/26 did not go down, also flying on JetBlue and using DME.

Looks like I will be monitoring JetBlue now as well for airfare as I just booked my WDW reservations today for our August Trip! :cool1:

Did they automatically credit you or did you have to request it? If so, how? Were you charged the $20 change fee per person? Thanks.

With Jet Blue, you have to request the credit. They do not automatically give you the credit, but they also do not charge anything for it. The $25. fee is waived. Last year we had a $120. credit and applied it to our trip this year.

Can JetBlue be used for the magical express?
