Jet Blue Question?

This will be our first time using Jet Blue. Past years I have booked Disney vacation with air transportation, Delta and American. Our seat numbers were always shown on our reservations. We booked again everything through Disney but picked Jet Blue. No specific seats show on our reservation? I've read on the boards that you pick your seats on Jet Blue, but I can't seem to figure out how? My reservation number is with Disney, not with Jet Blue. I would greatly appreciate any input.

If you call Disney they should be able to give you your Jet Blue reservation number which will allow you to select your seats and to do online check-in.

Call Disney to see if you can get the record locator with JetBlue.

Then go to JetBlue's site under manage flights. You will then put in your record locator (aka confirmation number/letters) with your last name. On the right hand side you will see a link to view/change seats. Click on that and the map of seats on the plane will come up. It will show you where your seats are and allow you to change them online. On the bottom of the screen there are (2) options. On the left it says "never mind, leave the seats" or the option to make the change. If you are on an airbus (3 seats aisle 3 seats) then rows 1-5 cost an additional amount of money. (extra leg room) although JetBlue in general has quite a bit more legroom compared to other airlines. Also, you do not want to pick the row in front of emergency row exit seats as well as the last row because they do not recline.
