Trying to decide between doing jet blue or southwest..... nervous of going on the plane to Disney....which is better??? nicer flight attendents ? service??? anybody have thoughts

We fly both ... but try to book SW whenever possible.

Jetblue has TVs at every seat. But almost everytime we fly we get delayed at the gate and or have ear trouble with cabin pressure troubles on landing. Very painful -- and it happens with almost every JB flight we take. Doesn't happen on any other airline.

Have a great trip. Either airline...

I would go with whoever has the best price/schedule. All things being equal, I would choose Jetblue due to the fact that they have TV's at every seat, more legroom and newer planes.

Having said that, Southwest and Jetblue are my 2 favorite airlines to fly to WDW and I think you will be happy with either one.

JetBlue is a much nicer travel experience than Southwest---but I would go with price.

We've never had problems with our ear pressure on JetBlue planes & we fly them frequently.

All things being equal, JetBlue. We love their service, planes, extra leg room and even more leg room, schedule and pricing. The TVs at the seats are a great bonus. Even not being equal, we travel to Boston (about 60 mins) to fly JetBlue instead of going to Manchester for SW (about 10-15 mins). Southwest also announced they are retrofitting their planes with smaller seats and less recline to add more in all their planes.

+1 :thumbsup2 We fly both regularly - and it all depends on the price. If JetBlue and SW are relatively close in price, we pick JetBlue.

Domestic air travel isn't like it used to be and leaves much to be desired these days.

Thanks, this is helpful! I'm looking at flying out of Buffalo for the first time in June, and was debating between Southwest and Jet Blue. As they are about the same price (Jet Blue is a little bit cheaper) I'm going to go with Jet Blue. :goodvibes

Have you considered taking Airtran from BUF? They have comparable prices (even after you factor in luggage fees), a direct flight option, and seating assignments.

We like both and choose based on price.

We fly JetBlue out of Boston & never had our flight delayed or ear pain. I like that you have assigned seats. We enjoy the tv's, makes the flight go by faster. Flight attendants are friendly. Paying to park at Logan is more than Manchester.

We fly Southwest out of Manchester & again never had our flight delayed or ear pain. I don't like that the seats aren't pre-assigned, but its not a deal breaker. No tvs, so we bring our laptop & kids bring IPods. Flight attendants are friendly & sometimes funny. Paying to park at Manchester is less than Logan.

Both take around 3 hours, non-stop flights.

Go with the cheapest price, you'll be fine.

Have a great vacation!
