Jet Blue mess

I need some opinions. We were scheduled to fly out of SLC today at 3:35 and we were planning of taking the magical express. Our flight time has now changed 3 different times since 1:00 AM. Our flight has been moved to 6:35 PM and I am anticipating more changes. I am assuming the magical express doesn't run after midnight, and I am having a hard time booking a private car service due to all of the changes. What do we do?

It is my understanding that the Magical Express runs 24 hours a day.

ME runs 24x7 but luggage delivery ends at 10 PM so if arriving MCO after 10PM you will need to collect luggage yourself

There hasn’t been luggage delivery since covid, so you’ll need to get your own luggage anyway.

One of the great things about Magical Express (and awful that's it's about to go away) is that it's always there for you. We once arrived from a very delayed flight into MCO past midnight, and of course, Magical Express was waiting there to take us to our resort. And we weren't the only ones on the bus. They serve Disney resort guests 24/7.

Do you know why the flights were changed? They are my favorite airline and booked to fly
in December. However last time i flew with them (2019) flight was delayed 4 hours and it was
a mess since it was the last flight out. I have been hearing unflattering stories lately about them.
Shame.

They ended luggage delivery a while ago, everyone has to pick up their luggage no matter what

Yeah, I used to like them, too. Then yesterday they cancelled our flights for our February cruise & left me scrambling to find alternatives. Worse, I learned that they will no longer fly (even indirectly) between my city and Orlando at all. They cancelled tons of flights, since they're making this extreme change effective as of July 1st. How awful for those who had early July trips to Disney World booked! They're going to have to pay through the nose for last-minute tickets on another airline.

Boo, JetBlue! Never booking with them again. I no longer trust them.

Jetblue was our go to also.. They used to have several choices to MCO out of Austin. we had a May 2020 scheduled that I totally understood covid weirdness...then Oct 2020 flights started moving all over the place.. Looked to book the this May 2021 and it was still a mess so only booked one way with them. Now for dec this year, we went southwest both ways...they really have distributed their flights more across the US but not so much to MCO.
