Jet Blue is offering free rebooking on flights purchased now through the end of March.
But, I bought mine before the rebooking guarantee went into effect, and it doesn’t seem to apply to past bookings.
I knew it was non-modifiable and non-refundable when I bought it. But that was before coronavirus was closing things. My state’s first case of COVID19 was just announced last night, and it’s at the hospital where I work. I’m not that worried about being sick, but I do worry I might be quarantined in May.
Any thoughts on if Jet Blue will amend their policy to allow modifications on all previous tickets? I realize the new policy is intended to spur confidence in new sales, but it seems like a crappy way to treat existing customers.
