Jet Blue extended flights!

they are booking thru Jan 10th. However for me my prices are much lower on Song.

I was not able to get any sort of a good return flight on Song for Feb 2006, so this at least gives me some timeline info.

They were published through 10.31.05 as of 04.11.05. On 04.12.05 they extended out to Jan 10th (just about 9 months out). So.....if my 'guesstimations' are correct. Sometime around mid-June they should hopefully extend to the dates I need.

Of course, my travel OCD will require that I check every day or two anyway, just in case.

OK--I know it's not a big enough sample size to get a real pattern, but here's what I know:

Today JetBlue extends their dates to 01.10.06, basically extending their dates out to 9 months.

I posted back on 01.21.05 that JetBlue had just extended their dates out to 10.31.05, again, basically extending out to 9 months, give or take a week.

So......the next round of JetBlue extensions, and the ones that we here in the Northeast are interested in for Feb vacation should be sometime end of June-ish?

Again, this is pure conjecture on my part, with only 2 date extensions to extrapolate from.

Is there anywhere on www.jeblue.com where you can sign up for special sales etc. (similar to SWA Tuesday sales)? I looked all over the web site and couldn't find anything, but maybe I am just missing something.

Jet Blue doesn't really do that - with the exception of the "friends fly free" promotion and TrueBlue, they don't do a lot of gimmicks. That's why I like 'em.

That said, once I flew Jet Blue I began recieving occasional announcements of fare reductions (like I got last week - unfortunately three weeks too late for my ressies) but just announcements of the regular prices everyone can find at the site.

JetBlue is such a no-hassle airline, and that's why I love them. What you see is what you get. I've also had excellent luck changing flights, etc. - plus everyone over there is so darn nice I feel like they are just an extension of the Disney magic.
