Yeah, I think it is much more likely that if one of their children were gay, they'd be shipped off to a "pray away the gay" camp.

My opinions on them have shifted a bit through the years. But I still refuse to believe they would do that. If they did, I would certainly lose what respect I do have for them. I still believe above all else that they love those kids.

Really? I always though he might be the one to buck the system. He seems to be pretty saucy. I was sad to hear they are marrying him off at 18.

It is not that hard to believe that they would send a child to a pray the gay away camp. They have already sent their kids to mind control camps. It is known that they sent some of the kids to Gothard's camps for behavior modification when they started having their own thoughts and were a bit rebellious. And there are way too many children that have come out of those camps describing the abuse they survived to make it hard to believe it is all made up.

Josh took a job as an executive director at a organization that is a known hate group and labeled as such by the SPLG. They just successfully lobbied for anti-gay legislation. They couldn't switch gears and all of a sudden become accepting if one of their children came out as gay. It would go against everything they have lobbied for and have been more and more vocal about.

I hate that I even know about this. I try not to take part in the click-bait with the Duggars, because they use their money to spread LGBT hate!

So while the Kardashians may also be famous for being famous, they aren't using their fame to spread messages of hate, they are using their fame...for themselves? lol.

AS much as I dislike both families I have to agree with you. The whole submissive wife and procreating thing with the Duggars just about makes my skin crawl.

They have spent an awful lot of their own money condemning the entire LGBT community. with the emphasis of their church in their lives I don't see how having an LGBT child could possibly "fit" into their life. I can see them spending a lot of money to try and re-engineer the child, but I don't see them all that accepting.

Or any other issue either. What if one of them became an alcoholic? Or, one if heaven forbid chose not to be married or have children? It's hard to imagine that all 19 kids would have large families themselves. I would think there would be a few black sheep in there. I think Jana may be one of them.

I don't know if I agree. It seems that in large families the oldest kids become parents to the younger kids. Not fair or loving IMO
