After a week of using it, you are the darkest you'll get. I'm kind of disappointed in that, I wish it was more like the sun in that you'd get darker with repeated use. Not the case. I guess I'll have to upgrade to the kind for darker complexions if I want to look darker, but if I'm going to do that, I might as well use another sunless tanner and be darker after one use.

If you rub hard enough with a wash cloth during bathing or after showering/bathing while drying off with your towel, it comes off and will stain your wash cloth/towel. The only good part about that is if you have too much in say your ankle area, you can simply rub it off!

It doesn't smell bad at all but my skin felt greasy for several hours after applying even after thorough drying.

All in all, I'm sorry I still have 3/4 of one tube and one full tube of the stuff left. It's okay, but nothing special. :confused3

Glad to see someone else feels the same way. I tried it cause everyone raved about it and i used the darker complexion version. yikes, i'd hate to see the lighter version! It really doesn't even maintain it's color with continued use. i'd hate to see if you went swimming....go in with a tan and out like a casper, lol. I definitely wouldn't buy it again. :sad2:

My coworker didn't like it either. She said that it gave her an orangy glow. I am very pale like her, so I didn't even bother with it. I figured if she didn't like it, then I wouldn't.

The first few days it looks kind of orangey--but after that it doesn't.

I just expected more I guess! Live and learn!

same boat here - I don't see what the big fuss is over this stuff.

the smell is what got to me most...I must just have a sensitive nose, cause I can smell it on other people and it makes me gag.

Really? I liked it. It didn't rub off on me, and I liked its more subtle affects.

I guess it mind depend on your skin tone in general? I always loved the Neutrogena sunless tanning products, and I know others don't; yet some other products people rave about left me orange or patchy.

Have you noticed that ladies are looking "orange" these days? It was very hot in our area yesterday and I went to the mall. Ladies were showing more skin than usual and every other one had that orange glow. :rotfl2: I don't know which products they used, but they should stop. You also have the ladies with the orange bodies and pale faces. :confused3 Who are they kidding?! A friend of mine went to one of those spray on tan places and it looks ok. She spent a pretty penny there though.

I only used it once (on my legs) and couldn't stand the feeling of it on my legs. Yuck!

I agree with Snoopy...I like it because it is subtle! I was using Loreal Sublime, but I hated that "white one day...tan the next" look. Also, I use moisturizer every day anyway, so it's not adding a step to my morning routine. I'm as white as they come and it keeps me from looking like I glow in the dark! The smell also doesn't bother me.

Mine looked good the first 3 or 4 days and THEN got orangey..... Maybe I shouldn't use it for so many days... :confused3

I LOVE it! I have the medium tone one and I can't use it 5 days in a row. I used it 3 days and then waited a few days before I tried it again.

It must have to do with your skin tone because it looks great, and I've tried several much more expensive ones.

I don't really like it either. Doesn't really look like the "natual glow" that they are promoting it to be :sad2:

I tried it and didn't care for it either. I looked patchy on me. Glad it works for others but I won't be buying it again.

Well now I'm glad I couldn't find it in a store by me. Sounds like an awful lot of work just to look a little darker.

Anyway rumor has it that the "Casper the friendly ghost" look is coming back! Casper's Unite!!!

I liked it ok. I just wanted enough to take the pasty white edge off of my legs. DH told me that I might blind someone!

MY SIL is ORANGE. She uses tanning beds AND self tanner!

I'm having a lot of luck with the Neutrogena self tan for the body and face, but I am only wanting to go about a shade or two darker to get rid of the pasty white legs. I don't know how it would work much heavier than that. Luckily I am not orange!!!
