today my big plans are----my cousin is coming over...and then some family is going with us to go see toby keith in concert--*for those who dont know who toby keith is, he is a country artist--after 9/11 he wrote 2 really good songs about the military and such, so it is going to be a great show!*

the concert was amazing!!
leann womack was awesome, and when toby came, the place just went crazy...he actually walked through the crowd to get to the stage, and ended up about50 feet away from us at the beginning before everyone realized it was him..i was smacking my cousin going ITS HIM ITS HIm--of course, we didnt bring a camera ..errr
he put on an awesome show, even better than when i saw him last year--
for "american soldier" he brought up 8 military guys and while he was singing, the guys had tears running down their faces...i lost it , i cried too.. ( i came home and my friend that is in iraq right now was online and i told him i cried and hes like "your a big dork" ...dont ya love friends haha)..
So then he sang "red, white , and blue- and it was just amazing...there was confetti, and people jumping and screaming,,i still get chills thinking about it..
I got a really cute shirt that says toby keith, american soldier,,ill have to post a picture of it, its adorable!

well if you like country and get a chance, u should definitely see toby..he was awesome!

Hi, Jen! I am so glad you loved the concert. Friends of ours were there, and one of them had backstage passes to see him before the show. I can't wait to hear what they thought of the show. While you were at the concert, I was watching a couple of specials on CMT, including one featuring the live country performances at Live8 (including Toby and Faith Hill and Tim McGraw -- WOW!), then a special on Toby Keith all about the 2002 controversy over his Angry American song, and then a one hour concert of Kenny Chesney at the Tennesee Volunteers football stadium.

i am EXHAUSTED--work today was horrible, i was so ready to fall asleep

i would have been sooooooo happy to have met toby keith--i coudlnt even get a good picture of him--my friend in iraq loves him and would have loved to see it haha

Glad to hear you're losing inches. Hang in there when work gets tough - I hope it's going better today.

Toby Keith concert - we saw him quite a few years ago and even then he put on a great show. Happy to hear the concert was great!

wow guys--i have some fun news....and im going to share it, although im sure its kind of boring, but you girls are like family so you must know..

I know i told you about talking to "my marine" that i met on anysoldier .com---well he told me the other day he had a surprise for me and itw as coming wednesday..so today, my mom calls me at work and tells me a package came for me and it said open immediately..so she opened it and it was this beautiful bouquet of a dozen tulips and a dozen iris'...i was so excited! I was wondering why i got this and the note summed it all up .."Just thought i would send you a little something to let you know i appreciate everything you have done. You are awesome"..

so i am on cloud 9 right now..i have never gotten flowers sent to me before so im thrilled--im staying up late tonight hoping he comes online so i can tell him i love them!!

Well, its saturday!
I am having a great day! i just got home a couple hours ago from the NJ disney meet--we had a great time!!
now, i am just finishing doing some exercising and watching tv....
I figured i am going to start working out, slowly at first, but going to start...although i havent gained, i dont want to start gaining..besides today, i am PMSing , and i just had the urge to exercise, so i did!

So cool about Toby Keith - you never have a camera when you need one, huh? argh... Sounds like it was an awesome concert.

You, briefly, (very briefly, I might add ) mentioned the DIS meet, so tell more...

Good for you to ramp up that exercise again, I'm in the same camp. I haven't gained, but I haven't been to good on my exercise. I NEED to get back on track!

hi everyone! hope you guys have a great weekend..
i started doing some exercise, very little since its been crazy, but some.
jaynee--you and i will start again together

Tasha--give my cyber niece a hug for me..i cant wait to see more pictures
the flowers were sooo gorgeous--i just talked to him a few hours ago and he is leaving iraq soon and is planning on coming to jersey to meet me! if anything, i will have made a good friend from this -which is a ton more than what i expected from sending xmas cards..

okay the dis meet was great--was in allentown PA --we got to sit at the head table with len testa and deb wills since we helped fred with a few things the day of the meet..they were great people and we had an awesome time--there are a few pictures on allearsnet.com---and yes theres a lovely close up of me haha..
it ended up being a great day--they had raffles and give aways--i won a cookie bouquet (i did not eat all of it..gave it to the family!)--it is going to end up being a yearly thing apparently so some of you guys should come next year --Cam, i see you are in delaware!

My class is going good, work is good, just working on lesson plans this weekend to get them done--We have a HUGE picnic at my house next weekend, huge meaning 150 people--it gets crazy--bewteen family , friends of my mom,dad, brother, and me..plus a ton of firemen we know--going to be a long day!

today i went out and bought myself a new mattress--i still had a twin sized and didnt want to get a new one since im hoping on moving out within the next few years--but i figured no rush in moving out since im living here rent free--i am thinking ill live here for awhile, until i *hopefully* eventually get married or save enough money..but my new bed comes on tuesday!!!

okay enough rambling--sorry girls! hope you are all good, and talk to you soon!
